DESIGN FAILURE MODES & EFFECTS ANALYSIS
A structured fault tree analysis done by a cross functional team of designers, operations, field service and other skill sets in collaboration to reveal design and safety shortcomings before moving on to actual physical hardware.

SEMINAR (4-5 hours), maximum class size is 16. Focused work with the lead designer (1-3 hours).
Actual DMEA will be 2-4 days at 6 -8 hours per day.
